Survey visits: Ilkley cellars are often down a steep Victorian stair on a Wells Road or Queen’s Road villa, or via a light well on a Parish Ghyll / Cowpasture stepped plot. Say on the form if you need a longer appointment or cannot manage the stair with us — we will still need to see the room to specify Type C. Conservation streets (The Grove grid) are not a reason to skip access notes.
